Toby Oncology is developing a urine-based, AI-powered platform for multi-cancer early detection. Today, our Site is focused on providing information about our technology, our research and collaborations, and ways for patients, clinicians, labs, life sciences partners, and investors to connect with us.

2. Information we collect – We collect information in three main ways:
2.1 Information you provide directly

- Fill out a contact form or request to “Connect with our team”
- Request to stay informed or subscribe to updates
- Download a technology overview, investor overview, or other gated content
- Indicate interest in clinical, lab, or trial partnerships
- Register for or attend a webinar, event, or meeting with us
- Apply for a job or inquire about career opportunities

- Professional information (e.g., role, organization, specialty, country/region)
- Your relationship to Toby (e.g., patient/family, clinician, lab, life sciences, investor)

Please do not submit sensitive medical information or protected health information (PHI) (such as your full medical history, test results, or detailed clinical records) through general contact forms on the Site. If PHI is needed for a clinical trial or research study, it will be collected under separate, study-specific processes and documents.

When you use the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, such as:

The Toby Oncology test is currently used in clinical research and trials and is not yet broadly available for routine clinical use or population-wide screening. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites.
